Case Summary: Ms. Qian from Shanghai shipped furniture and other items by sea to Atlanta, USA.

Ms. Chen from Shanghai, considering her children's education, decided to immigrate to Atlanta, USA. After her immigrant visa was approved, she began preparing to move her family to the United States. There are quite a few companies that handle sea freight of furniture from Shanghai to Atlanta. Ms. Qian compared multiple domestic moving companies in terms of reviews, reputation, and quotations, and ultimately chose Seapoe Relo.

Seapoe's customer service told Ms. Qian that the procedures for shipping furniture by sea from Shanghai to the United States are not complicated. Ms. Qian only needed to provide copies of her passport and visa, sign the packing list and customs documents provided by Seapoe, and then wait at home for delivery. According to U.S. immigration policy, new immigrants can import personal belongings used for more than one year duty-free. Ms. Qian's situation met this condition, as all the furniture she needed to move had been in use for over a year. Based on the actual circumstances, Seapoe formulated a reasonable quotation for Ms. Qian. Ms. Qian was very satisfied and signed the shipping contract on the spot.

According to the schedule of the moving plan, Seapoe's packing team went to Ms. Qian's home in Shanghai early in the morning. From morning until evening, they carefully and attentively packed all the furniture and items Ms. Qian needed to move. From the moment the contract was signed, the international moving service officially began: formulating the plan, on-site packing, logistics and warehousing, customs declaration and ocean shipping, customs clearance and home delivery. The entire process takes approximately 45 days. From moving from Shanghai to Atlanta, the client does not need to worry about any step along the way. Seapoe Relo serves every client with integrity.
